Return Policy:
All of or knives are NEW IN THE BOX unless otherwise stated! We do not open and inspect every knife unless it is requested that we do so in the order comments. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase so we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase we will give a full refund minus any shipping & handling charges. We will accept postage paid returns only after a return merchandise authorization has been obtained, items must be in original packaging.It must be in new resellable condition or there will be a 15% restocking fee applied. In the case that your item has defects, most of our items offer a Manufacturer's Warranty. We will gladly send this back to them for you, but you will be responsible for any shipping charges incurred. Again, all of our items are new in the box & should have been inspected before leaving the manufacturer.
Payment Policy:
We accept Mastercard, Visa, & Discover. Your CC will be authorized only after we confirm that your item is available. We also accept Pay Pal & Google Checkout.
- We gladly ship internationally. We are having some problems with our CC card company verifying & processing international payments. If your order declines we can send you a PayPal invoice or you can send a money order in US funds.
- NC residents must pay 6.75% sales tax.
Shipping Policy:
We ship using USPS in the USA. You will have a choice of First Class for items & packaging weighing less than 13 ounces. Everything over 13 ounces will ship Priority Mail. You will have a choice with all weights to ship Priority or Express mail.
We do not stock all of our products that we sell. We use several distributors to order from. Usually this is about a 2-3 day turn around. I order nearly everyday, so items arrive in a couple days, & we turn it around to you next day.
We also have a couple of our distributor's that will drop ship for us, which makes it even quicker. In the event we use a drop shipper, you will always deal with us & we will work out any problems you might encounter, such as defective product or even a product that once in your hand, it just doesn't fit.
